RHUBARB UPSIDE DOWN CAKE 
5 c. prepared rhubarb
1 c. sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry Jello
3 c. mini-marshmallows
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
2 eggs
Water as cake mix requires

Cut rhubarb into 1/2 inch slices; arrange in greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle sugar and Jello over rhubarb; top with marshmallows. Prepare cake mix and spread over marshmallows and rhubarb. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes. Cool 5 minutes, turn out on platter or tray. Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream. 12 to 15 servings.
