RHUBARB CAKE 
4 c. rhubarb, cut up
1 c. sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
1 yellow cake mix
1 stick butter

Prepare cake mix. Add rhubarb and sugar. Fold in dry sugar. Pour into 13 x 9 inch pan. Cut up butter and place on top of cake. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes. Cool and refrigerate.
