RHUBARB CAKE 
5 c. rhubarb
1 sm. pkg. red Jello
1 c. sugar
Miniature marshmallows
White cake mix

Place 5 cups of cut up rhubarb in a 9x5 inch cake pan. Sprinkle over it one (1) small package red Jello (or any flavor) and 1 cup sugar. Next, sprinkle on 3 cups of miniature marshmallows. Then prepare a white (or a white cake mix recipe) cake mix according to package directions and pour over the rhubarb and Jello mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes in a moderate oven.
