RHUBARB UPSIDE DOWN CAKE 
4 c. rhubarb, sliced fresh
1 c. sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
4 c. mini marshmallows
1 pkg. white or yellow cake mix

Grease a 9 x 13 inch pan, layer rhubarb, sugar, Jello and marshmallows. Make cake mix as directed on package. Pour evenly over mixture in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until golden brown and set.
