6 c. cut up rhubarb
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter, melted
Few drops red food coloring
Favorite white cake mix

Mix rhubarb, sugar, melted butter, food coloring together in bowl, put in 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix your cake mix according to directions. Pour over top of rhubarb. Bake 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees or until cake tests done. Immediately flip onto serving platter. When cooled serve with whipping cream.
