QUICHE LORRAINE 
1 (9") pie shell
4 eggs
1/3 c. onion, diced
1 c. shredded cheese
1 c. diced ham or bacon
2 c. whipping cream
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper

Mix all ingredients and pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake approximately 30 minutes or until knife comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes. Serve.
