CRAB CAKES 
1 lb. crabmeat
1 egg yolk
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 tbsp. melted butter
Bread crumbs

Mix all of the above ingredients together. Add bread crumbs for desired texture. Shape into round cakes. Fry in 1/4 inch oil until golden brown, using medium heat.
