STRAWBERRY TART 
CRUST:

2 c. flour
1 stick & 1 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. cold Crisco
3 tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. ice water

Food processor and do not overmix. Freeze when it is formed then bake at 400 degrees until brown.

FILLING:

1 pkg. cream cheese
1/2 tsp. vanilla
6 oz. or more chocolate bits
2 tbsp. butter, melted

Food processor.

First layer chocolate. Second cream cheese. Then any kind of fruit.
