RAINBOW FUDGE 
2 c. sugar
Pinch of salt
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 stick melted butter
1/2 c. cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. peanut butter
Nuts; optional
1 box confectioners sugar
4 tbsp. peanut butter
Canned cream, enough to make spreading consistency

Cook first 5 ingredients over medium high heat for 3 minutes after it starts to boil. Remove from stove and add vanilla, peanut butter and nuts. Beat good and pour in 13 x 9 pan. Let cool.

After bottom layer has cooled completely, mix last 3 ingredients; spread on bottom layer. Repeat the recipe for bottom layer and spread on top. Let cool completely before cutting.
