CRANBERRY FRUIT MOLD 
1 (6 oz.) pkg Jello (any red flavor)
2 c. boiling water
1 (8 oz.) can mashed jellied cranberry sauce
1 c. cold water
1 c. diced peeled apples
1 sm. can mandarin oranges

Dissolve Jello with 2 cups water. Add cranberry sauce; stir until smooth. Add one cup cold water. Chill until thickened. Fold in apples and oranges. Pour into 6 cup mold or bowl. Chill 3 hours. May also be poured into pan and cut into squares.
