FOUR LAYER SALAD 
1 lg. pkg. lime Jello
2 c. boiling water
10 ice cubes
1 can crushed pineapple

Dissolve Jello in water. Add ice cubes to cool. Drain pineapple and reserve the juice. Add pineapple to Jello. Let set until firm.

LAYER 2:
1 lg. pkg. cream cheese
1 env. Dream Whip

Prepare Dream Whip according to directions on package. Beat in softened cream cheese. Spread on first layer.

LAYER 3:
3 tbsp. flour
1/3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3 eggs
1 c. pineapple juice (add water to make 1 c.)

Cook until thick. Cool and spread on second layer.

LAYER 4:

Spread 6 ounces Natural Longhorn Colby cheese (grated) over third layer.
