FOUR-STAR PASTA SALAD 
16 oz. spiral noodles (colored ones preferred) (cook and drain)
Canned artichoke hearts (drained)
1 can pitted ripe olives, sliced (drained)
1 lg. jar diced pimentos
Cubed ham, salami or pepperoni
Cubed Mozzarella
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
3 stalks celery, chopped
Broccoli flowerettes

In very large bowl, layer: artichokes, olives, pimentos, meat, 2 cheeses, broccoli, celery. Add cooked pasta. Mix well with 2 small bottles of Italian dressing. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
