TURKEY DIVAN 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen carrots
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cut broccoli
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cauliflower
3 c. cooked chopped turkey
2 (10 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. curry powder (optional)
1 tsp. lemon juice
cheddar cheese, grated
bread crumbs

Spread frozen vegetables in greased 9x13-inch pan. On top of vegetables put turkey. Make sauce of soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder and pour over turkey. Top with grated cheddar cheese and bread crumbs. Bake uncovered at 350°F for 45 minutes.
