1 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1 c. chunky peanut butter
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tbsp. vinegar
2 c. oatmeal
1 1/4 c. flour

Cream the butter, sugars, peanut butter, eggs, vanilla and soda. Add the vinegar. Mix in the flour and oatmeal. Drop by teaspoons on a lightly greased cookie sheets. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. In convection oven, 325 degrees for about 10 to 15 minutes.
