DOLMA (Stuffed Vegetables) 
1 lb. hamburger (lean)
Peppers
Tomatoes
Zucchini
1/3 c. rice
Salt & pepper
Fresh parsley, chopped
Garlic powder
Chopped onion
Fresh oregano, chopped

In bowl, mix hamburger, rice, seasonings and inside of tomatoes (cut up). Put hamburger mixture into hollowed out vegetables to fill. Cook in a large covered pan with an inch of water in bottom. Place peppers on bottom (and zucchini) and tomatoes on top. Simmer 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
