FRUIT SALAD 
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
2 grapefruits (pink, if possible)
3/4 c. sugar
Juice of 1 lemon
Pinch salt
2 pkgs. gelatin
Pineapple-grapefruit juice

Cut out grapefruit sections. Squeeze grapefruit and drain pineapple. Add lemon juice and salt. Add 1 cup pineapple-grapefuit juice. Dissolve 2 packages of gelatin in 1/2 cup water. Dissolve 3/4 cup sugar in juices heated on stove. Add gelatin to hot juices. Add pineapple-grapefruit juice to make 1 quart. Cool. Put fruit and juice in salad mold or individual molds.
