TOWN HOUSE PIE 
Pastry for 9 inch 1 crust pie
2 eggs
1/2 c. Gold Medal flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar (packed)
1 c. butter, melted and cooled
1 (6 oz.) (1 c.) chocolate chips
1 c. walnuts
Whipped cream or ice cream

KEY: COOL BUTTER. Oven 325 degrees F.

Prepare pastry. In large bowl, beat eggs until foamy. Add flour, sugar and brown sugar; beat until well blended. Blend in butter. Stir in chocolate chips and walnuts. Pour into pastry lined pie plate. Bake until set, about 1 hour. Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream. 8 to 12 servings.
