YAM TOWN CASSEROLE | |
3 or 4 c. sweet potatoes, mashed 1/2 c. milk 3/4 stick butter, melted 1 c. coconut 1 tsp. cinnamon 2 eggs, beaten 1 c. sugar 1 tbsp. butternut flavoring 1/2 tsp. salt TOPPING: 1/3 stick butter, melted 1/2 c. flour 1 c. brown sugar 1 c. nuts Put first mixture into Pyrex dish on bottom. Crumble the brown sugar topping ingredients over top of first layer. Cook 40 minutes at 350 degrees or until top browns. |
