GOLDEN HARVEST MUFFINS 
2 c. (each) sugar, white flour, whole wheat flour
4 tsp. (each) baking soda, cinnamon, vanilla
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. milk
3 eggs, beaten
4 c. shredded apples
1 c. (each) shredded carrots, coconut, raisins, chopped walnuts

Mix dry ingredients; add wet ingredients just until moistened; bake 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes in greased muffin tins. Makes 36.
