GOLDEN NUGGETS 
1 c. Cheerios
1/4 c. raisins
1/4 c. sunflower seeds
6 tbsp. peanut butter at room temp.
1 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. lowfat milk

Put all ingredients in a large bowl. With a tablespoon, keep mashing together until completely blended. Roll into balls about 1 1/2 inches in diameter. Refrigerate in an airtight container or covered dish. Makes 25-30 nuggets.
