GOLDEN NUGGETS 
1 whole chicken breast, about 1 lb.
Vegetable oil
1/3 c. all purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/3 c. water
Sweet 'n sour sauce
Mustard sauce
Honey

Remove bones and skin from chicken and cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces. heat oil, 2-3 inches, in deep fryer or Dutch oven to 360 degrees. Mix flour and salt. Mix vinegar and baking soda. Stir vinegar mixture and water into flour mixture, beat until smooth. Dip chicken in batter to drip into bowl. Fry chicken in hot oil 4-5 pieces at a time, turning once, until golden brown and done, about 4 minutes, drain. Serve with sweet 'n sour sauce, mustard sauce or honey.
