GOLDEN SALAD 
1 c. seedless raisins
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
2 c. shredded carrots
1/3 c. mayonnaise

Soak raisins in pineapple juice for about 1 hour; drain. Combine pineapple, carrots and raisins. Add mayonnaise and toss well. Chopped nuts can be added. Chill and serve on lettuce.
