2 lb. hot sausage, uncooked
20 oz. box Bisquick
16 oz. jar Cheez Whiz, at room temperature (or may be melted in microwave)
4 to 5 dashes Tabasco sauce

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix with hands as you do with meatloaf until well blended. Shape into balls the size of a walnut. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.

Serve hot with toothpicks. Yields: 200 balls.

NOTE: May be made ahead and frozen, then reheated in microwave. I sometimes use a hot mustard as dipping sauce.
