3/4 c. warm water
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. sweet peppers, chopped
1/4 c. chopped onions
1 egg
1 box stuffing mix
1 lb. hot sausage

Mix together stuffing, egg, peppers, onions, baking powder and water. Add sausage and mix well. Shape into balls about golf balls size or smaller. Bake for about 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
