1 lb. hot sausage*
1 c. shredded sharp cheese
1-1/4 c. Bisquick
1 clove fresh garlic
Add any other spices that you like

Mix all of the above until mixture holds together. *Make sure that the brand of sausage has a lot of grease, otherwise the sausage balls will be dry tasting.

Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.
