1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (do not drain)
1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 1/2 c. cold milk
1 (8 oz.) tub whipped cream (Cool Whip or generic)
1 sm. pkg. coconut
2 c. chopped pecans

Prepare cake as directed in pan. Remove cake from oven. Let cool 5 minutes. Pour pineapple over cake. Blend pudding, milk and whipped cream until thick. Spread mixture over pineapple. Top with coconut and nuts. Refrigerate until served.
