CUCUMBER SALAD 
7 c. sliced cucumbers
1 c. sliced green pepper
1 c. sliced onions
1 tbsp. celery seed
2 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. salt

Boil the 2 cups sugar, 1 cup vinegar and 2 tablespoons salt together; cool. Pour cooled mixture over the cucumbers, green peppers, onions and celery seed and mix. Refrigerate. Can be kept in refrigerator up to 3 months.
