1 pkg. lime jello
Pinch of salt
1 med. size peeled cucumber, grated
1/4 of a sm. onion, grated
Sour cream
Mayonnaise

Pour 1 cup boiling water over jello and add 1/4 cup cold water. Refrigerate until barely set. Add grated cucumber and onion; beat until light and fluffy. Add 1/2 cup mayonnaise and 1/2 cup sour cream. Mix well; refrigerate until completely set.
