SAUSAGE PIE 
2 pkgs. crescent rolls (for bottom and top crusts)

Spread out on bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Combine in a large bowl:

5 eggs, beaten
2 lbs. Italian sausage, cooked & drained, removed from casing
1/4 lb. Muenster cheese
1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
Healthy handful of Parmesan grated cheese

Pour over rolls in pan and cover with 2nd package for top crust. Cook at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.
