SAUSAGE PIE 
1 lb. sausage (bulk)
1/3 c. chopped onion
3 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese (6 oz.)
2 tsp. horseradish
9 or 10 inch deep dish pie shell

Brown sausage and onion; drain, return to pan. Add butter, flour, milk, cheese and horseradish and mix together. Pour in pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
