SAUSAGE PIE 
1/2 lb. sausage, browned and well-drained
1/2 c. chopped onions
2 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese

Mix and spread in bottom of unbaked pie shell. 2/3 c. evaporated milk

Pour slowly over pie. Bake at 375 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
