CRANBERRY FRUIT-NUT BREAD 
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. orange peel
3/4 c. orange juice
1 beaten egg
1 c. fresh or frozen cranberries, chopped
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix dry ingredients, then wet ingredients and beat well. Stir in cranberries and nuts. Pour into loaf pan 9x5 inches (grease bottom only). Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. Check center for doneness.
