STRAWBERRY PIE 
1 c. water
1 c. sugar
Heaping tbsp. cornstarch
1 env. lite Jello (strawberry)
8 oz. Cool Whip
2 c. strawberries, sliced
2 pie shells or 1 deep dish

Brown pie shells until lightly browned. Mix water, sugar, cornstarch. Heat until thickened. Add envelope of Jello and stir into glaze. Add strawberries. Pour into shell(s). Top with Cool Whip and put in refrigerator to set 30 minutes to 1 hour. As good as Shoney's!
