CURRIED FRUIT 
1 lg. can peaches
1 sm. can apricots
1 sm. can pears
1 sm. can pineapple chunks
2 cans Bing cherries
1 sm. jar Maraschino cherries
4 bananas, sliced or chunked

TOPPING:

1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tsp. curry
2 tbsp. butter

Drain all fruits and place in 9 X 13 baking dish. Mix topping ingredients and pour over fruit. Bake 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Cover and chill. Reheat the following day. Especially good with salty meats.
