TORTELLINI AND CREAM 
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. sour cream
1/4 to 1/2 tbsp. garlic powder (to taste)
1/4 to 1/2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese (to taste), fresh grated
1 or 2 (8 oz.) pkgs. fresh cheese tortellini (use all types - spinach, carrot, plain, etc.)

Blend cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream. Slowly add garlic powder and Parmesan cheese (start with 1/4 tablespoon; add more according to taste). Chill several hours. Cook tortellini al dente. Dry and chill. Serve tortellini and dip once chilled.
