SUPER COLE SLAW 
1 head cabbage (lg.)
1 lg. onion
1 lg. bell pepper
3/4 c. sugar (or to taste)
1 c. vinegar
3/4 c. salad oil
1 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. celery seed

Shred cabbage in bowl, next layer shredded onion and shredded bell pepper. Sprinkle sugar to cover top. Do Not Stir. Bring other ingredients to boil; pour over cabbage while hot. Refrigerate overnight. Do not stir until ready to serve. Serves 12.
