SPANISH CHICKEN 
1 lb. chicken, cut up
1 garlic clove, crushed
2 onions, cut in rings
1 can tomatoes
1 can black olives
4 bouillon cubes (chicken)
1 c. red wine
3 tbsp. olive oil
1 bay leaf
Oregano

Combine all ingredients in a 9 x 12 inch baking dish. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Serve with white rice.
