CHOCOLATE FONDUE 
3/4 stick butter
3 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
1/2 c. watertbsp. safflower oil
1/2 c. plus 2 tbsp. sugar
3/4 c. unsweetened cocoa

Melt butter, chocolate, water, oil together. Take off heat. Add sugar, cocoa. Place in fondue pot to keep warm. Dip in fruits: strawberries, bananas, pineapple, etc. and/or pound cake, shredded coconut, etc.
