1 lb. browned ground beef
1 pkg. Lipton's onion soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. water
1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1 pkg. frozen Tator-Tots

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place 1/2 package Tater-Tots in bottom of baking dish. Mix beef, soups, water, and vegetables together. Spoon over Tater-Tots. Top with remaining Tater-Tots and bake for 1 1/2 hours.
