FAYES TATER TOT HOT DISH 
1 lb. ground meat (turkey or hamburger)
1 pkg. of mixed frozen vegetables of your choices
1 can of cream of mushroom soup or if you wish cream of chicken
1/2 can of water
1 sm. onion diced fine
1 clove of garlic cut fine (if you like 3)
2 tbsp. of water
1 pkg. of frozen tater tots
Pepper and salt to taste
1 (9 x 13 inch) pan

Brown the meat and drain, then add the onion and garlic, 2 tablespoons of water, stir fry until onions are soft. Place the meat mixture into the 9 x 13 inch pan. Next the frozen vegetable layer.

Then mix 1/2 can of water with seasoning and soup, pour on top of the mixture. Top the casserole with the tater tots in rows.

Bake in the oven set at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until the tater tots are brown. Makes 2. Good to fix and freeze one for later.
