TATER TOT HOT DISH 
2 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
Instant minced onion
1 can whole kernel corn (save 3/4 c. liquid)
1 can carrots (sliced & drained)
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (16 oz.) box tater tots

Pat ground beef into 9 x 13 inch casserole pan. Sprinkle over dry onion soup mix and also some instant minced onion. Top with the vegetables and 3/4 cup of reserved liquid from the corn. Spread on the soup and top with tater tots.

Bake at 350 degrees for about 2 hours.

Easy and good.
