QUICK TATER TOT DISH 
16 oz. can of green beans, drained
3/4 to 1 lb. ground beef or turkey
1 sm. onion, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen tater tots
1 can cream of mushroom soup (celery or chicken)
1/2 soup can of milk or water
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese

In skillet, brown meat and onion. Drain away fat. Season with salt and pepper. Place in a greased 1 1/2 quart to 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle drained green beans over meat. Top with potatoes. Combine soup with milk; pour over potatoes. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degree oven for 30 to 40 minutes. Yields 3 to 4 servings.
