SPAGHETTI HOT DISH 
1 pkg. (8 oz.) egg noodles
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
1 jar (30-32 oz.) spaghetti sauce
2 c. water
1 tbsp. sugar
8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese

Spread uncooked noodles in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Layer meat and onions, browned and drained, over noodles. Mix spaghetti sauce, water and sugar in pan and simmer 5 minutes. Pour sauce over meat and noodles. Sprinkle cheese evenly over top. Cover pan tightly with foil and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Let dish set 10 minutes before cutting.
