2 frozen raisin and honey bagels, thawed, sliced and toasted
3 tbsp. strawberry preserve
4 slices American cheese, cut in half diagonally
4 apple rings

Spread one bagel half with 1 teaspoon of preserves; top with cheese and apple. Dot with remaining preserves. Broil until cheese begins to melt.
