SALMON CHEESE BALL 
1 (7 1/2 oz.) can red salmon, drained
2 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tbsp. lemon juice
4 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
Finely chopped nuts

Mix all ingredients and put in refrigerator until chilled. Form into ball and roll in nuts. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve. Serve with crackers.
