STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
Fresh mushrooms, cleaned and stems removed
6 oz. saga blue cheese
1/4 c. chopped walnuts

Mix saga blue cheese and chopped walnuts. Spoon into mushroom caps. A little Ricotta or sour cream may be added if mixture is too firm. Bake mushroom caps in 350 degree oven until softened (20 minutes or so).
