SAGE TURKEY MEAT LOAF 
2 lbs. ground turkey
1 1/2 c. fresh bread crumbs
1/2 c. finely chopped green onions
1/2 c. finely chopped red pepper
1/2 c. tomato sauce
6 oz. can tomato paste
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
2 tsp. rubbed sage
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 cloves garlic

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl stir together all of the ingredients. Shape into a loaf and place in a 13"x9" baking pan. Bake for 55 to 65 minutes or until browned. Yield: 6 servings.
