SHRIMP MOLD 
1 can tomato soup
3 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese (2 of them with chives)
1 env. Knox gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
2 c. chopped shrimp
1 sm. onion, finely chopped
1/2 c. chopped celery
Dash of garlic salt
1 tsp. lemon
1 c. mayonnaise

Heat soup, add cheese to melt. Dissolve gelatin in cold water. Combine the 2 above mixtures and let cool; then add the rest of ingredients. Oil or Pam your mold and sprinkle the bottom of mold with paprika. Pour mixture into mold and let cool until it jells. Serve with your favorite crackers.
