SPINACH AND BACON SALAD 
1/2 lb. bacon, fry crisp, break in sm. pieces
Spinach
Lettuce
Tomatoes (optional)
Cottage cheese

DRESSING:

1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
Onion juice or minced onion
1/3 c. cider vinegar
1 c. salad oil

Coat salad vegetables with dressing. Mix cottage cheese with some dressing and add to salad.
