CRESCENT ITALIAN BAKE 
1 lb. ground meat
1 c. mushrooms
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 (8 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (8 oz.) can crescent rolls
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. basil
Small mozzarella cheese

Brown meat, mushroom and onion; drain. Mix with spaghetti sauce (save some). Place in ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese. Separate dough into 8 triangles.

Combine sour cream with herbs. Spread 1 tablespoon of mixture on each triangle. Roll up, starting with wide end. Arrange on top of cheese. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top. Spread spaghetti sauce on top of that. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
